DO NOT GO HERE!!! My mother in law went inside to pay for gas and the lady at the register put it on the wrong pump. We go back inside to see what happened and at the front counter it says We are not responsible for people telling us the wrong pump number . So obviously not a good sign. The lady insisted that my mother in law told her pump 3, which was completely false. We put $30 in so we go to check pump 3 and what would you know, someone had already used it. We are extremely frustrated. So the lady tells us that we have to track down the guy who used it and make him give us our money back. Even though it was her fault for putting it on the wrong pump! I felt like I was becoming stupider just being around this lady. I recommend going across the street and chancing it at the other gas station. This place is a bust. The food sucks, slow service, and they obviously need their ears checked.
Excellent place to stop on the road whenever on a need for gas.
Lots of food options but nothing has a price which is just irritating and they really want to get you out as fast as they can
Just visited Lost Hills Shell convenience store. The woman at the counter was really nice and helpful. Her positive attitude was so refreshing and really made my weekend. Thank you for hiring exceptional people like her!
The chicken sub I ordered was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The bread was somewhat stale, which is surprising given how much they sell at that location. The meat was mediocre, and the bacon was cold and not toasted, which completely ruined its flavor. It seems they didn’t think to crisp the bacon like every other Subway does. The vegetables were just average, and the sandwich wrapper was a little damp—not something I want to think about. Overall, I’d suggest skipping this Subway in favor of Taco Bell or grabbing something from Starbucks next door.
