Red Lobster - Valencia

My boyfriend is a truck driver stop into this restaurant on his way home . So he order his food which was coconut shrimp, shrimp Alfredo and a ceaser salad. But before ordering his food the hostess never sit him so he sat at the bar, then the bartender put in his order and didn’t put in shrimp Alfredo put in all coconut shrimp and when he did put in the order for shrimp Alfredo and it came out it was watery didn’t look good at all. Then he ask for some water because the bartender didn’t offer anything to drink to my boyfriend at all. My boyfriend felt disgusting and disrespected he said the bartender was ready to go home so he basically messed up my boyfriend order . My boyfriend got fed up and told the Bartender he can have that food and he left he said that type of service was a self service treatment like he can sit at the bar but don’t ask him for nothing my boyfriend said that the bartender didn’t bring no bread or anything just really bad customer service .

Your typical Reb Lobster. Unfortunately the traffic to the Valencia location has decreased a lot compared to the past. Average service. My waiter rushed us the ticket as he had to go to another job. My wife was not too happy about that as there seemed to be inadequate scheduling of staff. We noted cobwebs in the corners and pointed it out which was not received well.

Great food, a bit expensive but it's worth it because everything was delicious. I took my mom there for a special occasion. She had lobster and I had the endless shrimp. We both enjoyed it so much she asked me to bring her back on her birthday.

Excellent food and service...the food was on time hot and yummie...the server was so attentive, caring and communicated well. All in all excellent experience.

I haven’t been to Red Lobster in, I don’t know how many years but I was in the neighborhood and was craving lobster tail. I always remembered they were very fresh and cooked well. Erwin the bartender was great, with his suggestions as well as giving excellent service, even when you walk in the manager was there to greet you. The food did not disappoint me, it was delicious. Huge portions as always but one can take a home the rest. Even though it’s chain restaurant, they still do cook excellent lobster, I never had the crab legs but I remember those were excellent too.
