I asked for Thousand Island dressing but never received it. Additionally, nobody checked on me for a drink refill. Overall, it was very disappointing.

Karen was our server today, and after being seated, we waited for 30 minutes without any service. When I asked for our server, she said she would go get her. Eventually, we decided to leave, and when we inquired about the number of servers on staff, we were told there was only one. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
