Eve, the waitress, has a great understanding of the menu. She is very attentive, and the restaurant itself is small but exceptionally clean and organized. The Panang dishes are wonderfully prepared with great care! View all feedback.

This is one of our favorite places for Thai food on the West side of town. We frequently order the papaya salad, crab fried rice, pad see ew, and of course, the pad thai, accompanied by a Thai tea. The papaya salad is wonderfully flavorful, featuring green beans, cherry tomatoes, and peanuts—it’s a very refreshing dish. The pad see ew is also quite good, with a distinct wok hei flavor. My fiancé loves the crab fried rice, which is packed with crab meat. The Thai tea tends to be on the sweeter side; I always forget to ask for it less sweet. We tried the chicken wings once but weren't impressed, so I’d advise skipping those. The coconut soup is delicious, rich in flavor and seafood. We’ve also tasted the spicy basil beef, which was just average. The mango sticky rice is delightful as well, and we order it whenever we have room for dessert. The service here is consistently good, with staff checking on us, refilling our water, and clearing our dishes. Although there isn’t a parking lot, there are metered parking options available, or you can find free parking on nearby residential streets. We will definitely be returning.

This is a wonderful casual Thai restaurant. We ordered takeout, and the fried rice and pad Thai were both very delicious. However, the chicken wings were somewhat dry and lacked flavor. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

Visiting LA and staying nearby in an Airbnb, I found A La Carte Thai Bistro just a short walk away. What a hidden gem! The food was delicious with the perfect amount of spice. We were the only dine-in customers between 7 and 8 PM on a Wednesday night, although there were several DoorDash pickups. So come on down and enjoy dining in!

This was our first order from A La Carte Thai Bistro, and although we rarely write reviews, I felt compelled to share. The food was fantastic, and we asked for a very spicy dish—which they delivered perfectly! The heat was intense but well-balanced, complementing the fresh, flavorful ingredients beautifully. Everything looked great and tasted even better. Thank you, A La Carte Thai Bistro! We will definitely be ordering from you again.
