Great breakfast place and excellent service
The staff are so nice. Brandon was so helpful and friendly. He came to our table and checked on us with such friendly customer service. The food is always hot, delicious, and served with ?. It's clean and the bathroom is always clean. Great job guys!!!!! The steak burger cooked just right. The syrup container stay full. Tables always clean and prepared for each guest.
What is the opposite of fast food, you might wonder? It’s IHOP. I will say that we visited during a busy Sunday brunch hour, so I expected some wait time. However, waiting over an hour from the moment we sat down until our server finally informed us our food was ready was excessive. If the food is ready, why not bring it out? Especially when there’s a child in our group and it's clear from our faces that we’ve been waiting for so long. This isn’t gourmet dining; it’s the International House of Pancakes, after all! While the food was just as we anticipated, the overall management of the restaurant left much to be desired. To top it all off, as we were leaving, we witnessed a manager publicly reprimanding the hostess for poor performance. If you can find another restaurant in the area, I suggest you do so; otherwise, it might be best to skip this meal altogether. I waited three weeks to let my frustration fade before sharing this, so you’re welcome.
Some employees have treated me very badly.
The system was down, so it was cash only. After walking to an ATM to get cash, we returned to IHOP. We were seated right away, but nobody came to take our order. After sitting at the table for 15 minutes, we decided to leave.
