Snooze - Lone Tree
Snooze
Description
Beloved neighborhood brunch spot consistently serves inventive, flavorful breakfast dishes—from sweet-potato pancakes to creative Benedicts—that keep customers returning. Service and wait-management are hit-or-miss: when busy staff can be friendly and quick, but several reports note inattentive servers, curt interactions, and unclear seating/wait procedures that leave guests feeling undervalued. Families should watch portioning and kids' meal value. Overall a delicious, distinctive breakfast destination worth the wait if you can tolerate occasional service lapses.

Used to serve decent portions. Bacon was disappointing. Spent $80 and leaving still hungry. According to the management everything is pre portioned. Used to be a favorite place. We won't be back.
The wait to get in was about 30 minutes. The waitress was nice but not very attentive. We had to ask for water refill a couple of times. It was pretty loud music, which I really wasn't expecting when going to eat. It's not a sports bar etc or night club so wasn't to excited about how loud it was. It was hard to have a conversation. The hash browns were really good. The food was tasty, just not the rest.
There’s no designated waiting area, which makes it difficult for elderly or disabled guests who might struggle with standing for long periods. After my lengthy wait, I was instructed to stand against the wall and wait again for an available seat, which felt disorganized and unprofessional. I didn’t feel respected or valued as a customer. While the food is indeed good and reasonably priced for its quality, none of it justifies the poor experience. The staff does their best, but management needs to address these serious issues with their seating system and make wait times more transparent. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending this place anymore. My family and I used to visit regularly, but after today's experience, that will change. It’s unacceptable to be treated poorly for no reason, and this review should serve as a wake-up call.
