Being raised by Easter... read more A local church was having a BBQ fundraiser. 2 chops or half a chicken, we picked one of each. Got me out of cooking for a couple of days. Being raised by Eastern Europeans, pork chops were not a staple food for dinner, so I dont think I have ever had it. However, I will say, that pork chop was DELICIOUS! Where has it been all my life! Chicken was good too. I can't wait to get out of cooking again. My complements to the Chef!
