While some rave about its inviting atmosphere and delectable Sunday lunch recommendations, others raise serious concerns about hygiene practices and disorganized service. Reports of undercooked food, rude staff, and failed orders clash with praise for friendly service and wholesome, satisfying meals at reasonable prices. The venue, noted for its cozy vibe and family-friendly approach, faces critiques on management and consistency. Ultimately, while the place has potential and dedicated staff, it struggles with operational effectiveness, leaving patrons divided in their opinions.
