Check your curb side bags before you leave the location as a few items were missing from my order and I had to go back in. Staff was friendly but seemed all the way around confused on what to do expect for the one person helping me. Getting home I was highly disappointed in my sloppily placed burger with the core still in the middle of the tomato and 4 pieces of lettuce. Who wants to eat a core?! Who passed this out of the kitchen?! It just feels disrespectful. The second picture is the steak salad that’s $17, I put the sauce container next to the steak to show you how extremely small it is. I’m lost for words and not asking for anything to compensate me, I’m just disappointed this is how paying customers get served.

I ordered the steak chili without beans, and if you enjoy spicy food, you’ll definitely love it! The ribeye steak was seasoned to perfection, and the Brussels sprouts were the best I've ever tasted. But I have to say, Michael M, our waiter, was the absolute best. He was very polite, informative, and showcased excellent customer service skills!

Today was the first time we learned that the vegetables are cooked in butter beforehand, which explains some of the issues we've been experiencing. Our waiter, Nic R., truly stood out. Not only was he an exceptional server, but he also took the initiative to check on this important detail for us. Great job, Nic! We truly appreciate your dedication and care. The steak was overcooked and tough, the Caesar salad had wilted lettuce, but the bread was tasty. Despite waiting an extra hour for my steak, no one offered to compensate or provide a complimentary dessert. The waitress tried to make things right, but overall, the lack of care from the establishment is concerning. I will not be returning and will caution others to steer clear as well.

She check on us in a timely manner. Are appetizers came with our dinner because they had forgot to thaw chicken wings. Which my husband said, how was it a Friday night and you forget to thaw chicken wings? All of the food was good; except for his steak he wanted it well done and it was pink half way through him eating it.. So we had to send it back to get the other have cook correct.

I don't know why I keep coming back here. Service is extremely hit or miss, mostly miss 98% of the time.We once again came here tonight on 7/8/22. Sat at our table for like 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. Waited another 15 minutes for our drinks (2 waters and 2 pops) to come.We got the classic free outback bread, but once again we had to wait for silverware. Couldn't even start on the salad either until we got silverware.The steak wasn't cooked right. Fine whatever I'll live. Not going to say anything and have to wait again. My side broccoli was missing. Once again had to WAIT for that to come.I love outback. But I'm done with this location. It's not worth my time anymore.
