While some diners were bothered by the crowded and noisy environment, others praised the attentive and personable staff. The menu seemed to be a hit with customers, as the food received high marks for taste and presentation. Despite some issues with the service, the overall experience appeared to be positive for many, with the ambiance adding to the appeal of the dining establishment.
All well getting seated and greeted. Waiter was prompt to get our drink order then he disappeared. After min. I tracked him down. He had failed to put inn the drink order. We received our drinks min after being seated. He failed other times to bring requested items to our table. Seemed to be over seated. Did not apologize for poor service
Good food. A little slow since Covid, but understandable
Hi, food was great as usual. Service was meh, due to waiters not communicating with one another properly causing our service to be extremely slow and seemingly inattentive
Best king crab legs ever tasted fresh, clean, can’t wait to go back
Justin was great. Attentive. Good humor. Food was tasty as expected. Drinks were mixed well. Using the reservation system is very convenient.
