They served fairly quickly but not immediately (which is good because that PROBABLY means they’re cooking the food to order). We got a seat near the balcony and were left in peace to eat our food. The drink refills were mixed properly and I felt the store was clean.

The worst most unfriendly staff with stern faces and miserable characters. The staff DO NOT want to be working here. The bread was rock hard and stale with no butter or mayo in the baguette just bread and three slices of cheap supermarket salami. No salad was offered. The pain o chocolate was a bit better and the coffee excellent thanks to the giant Nespresso machine. At least they couldn’t get the coffee wrong, all they had to do was press a button. The thing is people come here by the dozen because of the location. The business can’t fail but hopefully it will thanks to the poor staff and even poorer food. How can you screw up a salami baguette? This place sucks.

The burger I ordered was notably dry, lacking the juicy and succulent quality I usually associate with a satisfying fast-food experience. The slow service only compounded the disappointment, making for a less enjoyable meal overall. While I appreciate the convenience of fast food, the dryness of the burger and the sluggish service at this particular establishment fell short of my expectations. I hope Burger King can address these issues to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for its customers in the future.
