We had dinner here one night of our stay. The poor bartender was the only person working and finally a front desk bellhop came in to help him clear tables. Pretty sad for the prices. Spouse had cod upon recommendation of the bartender. It was fishy and he couldnt eat it. Told the bartender who said ' I 'm sorry ' but did nothing to try to remedy the situation. We waited a long time to be served but that was because the lone person working there had a lot to cover by himself. We opted not to return during the remainder of our stay.
The service and atmosphere is excellent, however the food on the menu tends to be a hit or miss. The bread was excellent, soup was too salty, the grouper&beans was terrible. For a restaurant in a five star hotel, I would expect higher quality food.
This restaurant was excellent!! Mohammad and John new their wines, food pairings and service. The chef came out to speak with us and to inquire about our meal, which was excellent. The pork cheeks we tender and very flavorful. Mohammad knew about the wines and the regions they came from including the Port wines and green wines. It’s one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at, an will again!
