I have dined at this restaurant once and have not yet had the opportunity to try many menu options. I enjoyed a delicious baked potato and gluten-free cheesecake. I am aware that the restaurant also owns The Granary cafe next door, where I have dined multiple times. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, offering gluten-free bread and the ability to adapt dishes. It is also a great spot for evening cocktails.
This café offers a variety of dishes with the option for gluten-free or can be modified to be gluten-free.
I ordered the baked potato with Scottish Cheddar, which was served with a side salad. The potato was delicious. The restaurant offers gluten-free options for most sandwiches and baked potatoes, but the server recommended avoiding the chili and pulled pork toppings to prevent cross contamination. The waitstaff was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu.
I ordered the vegan chicken burger with vegan mayo and a pretzel bun, and it was absolutely delicious. The fries were some of the best I've ever had, and the coleslaw was excellent. My brother tried the vegan beef burger with the same sides and also thought it was fantastic.
