When we complained, they refused to make it right. The staff even removed our wine glasses without a word. When we tried to discuss the issues, they refused to speak to us because we didn't speak French. This was incredibly rude and cold. Customer service should not require speaking French, as evidenced by a recent experience at a crepe place where the manager made sure we were happy. Avoid Le Danieli if you don't speak French, and be cautious even if you do.
