Were there for breakfast. (Turkish) the lady from the service didn't think it was necessary to take our order. They had to smoke outside, drink tea and have private conversations. (Incidentally, the entire time we spent there, cigarettes, drinking tea and having private conversations were more important than the customers in the shop) There was hair in the food, all the tables were dirty even though only two tables were occupied. The shop was freezing cold (temperature outside 5 degrees) and all the doors were open. At some point when I asked if we could finally order, the annoyed lady came from outside. The bread was ice cold, as was the egg, which had hair on it. They didn't check whether everything was ok, whether we needed anything else, nothing. Manageable breakfast for 2 people 28 euros. Prices are not advertised at the counter. Totally disappointing. When an older gentleman came in (he was very friendly) he noticed how cold it was and finally turned the heating on. Then the lady finally felt able to wipe two tables. The remaining tables remained dirty. We wouldn't come back again.

Coffee wasn't hot enough and probably one of the worst-cases of customer service. The lady behind the counter was unpleasant.
