Who would have guessed there was such an amazing restaurant hidden in downtown Libertyville? This place has a unique atmosphere, and the menu reflects that diversity, with everything tasting incredibly fresh and delicious! It didn't take long for me to understand why it's a local favorite. The mussels, roasted vegetables, and goat cheese (Goat's in the Garden) were not only flavorful but also served in generous porti... View all feedback.
What Grace doesn't like about Green Room Of Libertyville:
Good bartender, good waitress and decent food. We enjoyed our dinner. However, for typical Asian food, they are pricey for what we got. They are small portions and not for sharing as you expected in most Asian restaurants. Vegetarian options: You can substitute the meat with tofu with any dish. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner View all feedback.

Went here with a 6:00pm reservation on a Saturday in July. We parked in the back which, once we got into the restaurant, were told we were not allowed to do or else we would get towed. So one of us went to move the car. Once we got settled, the service was prompt and friendly. My husband and I are 48 and 50 years old; even with our reading glasses on and using our phone as flashlights, the menu was incredibly difficult to read. The font is odd and italicized and gray lettering. Just kind of annoying and felt disappointed; we really weren't counting on putting effort into reading the menu, ya know? We pulled up the menu on our phones; that was easier to read. We ordered the Rangoon; delicious. I had looked at the menu beforehand and was looking forward to trying their homemade Ramen. When I went to order this, the waitress informed me that they weren't serving this all summer. I asked for more time to look at the menu. My husband and son ordered the special: steak with chimichurri. They both thought it was good. I ordered Chicken piccata sonata; it was ok. We did not stay for dessert. The decor was ecclectic and interesting to look at. Lighting was unique and interesting.
Food was OUTSTANDING!!! Get the skirt steak OMG phenomena!!! Also the goat cheese balls were to die for!!! Shoutout to our waitress Avery she was so personable and gave outstanding recommendations. We will be back SOON!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
