Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Similar experience with receiving food I clearly didn't order. I ordered wings and things traditional, as I have done forever and the last two times, they give me boneless wings, which I find disgusting. Maria B.was the person who took my order today, she even repeated what I had said, you know 3-way communication usually is effective but clearly not in this instance. I will most likely choose to spend my hard earned money elsewhere until this store gets there act together. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Their chicken is delicious and we eat here often. Not anymore. Couple days ago I thought I’d try the new fried shrimp meal; yuk!! We also asked for water to drink, and they charged us for two coffees! Do better Zaxby!!

Props to Katelyn for dealing with her incredibly rude manager (I’m assuming she was a manager based on the way she berated Katelyn in front of customers)….Katelyn, you did incredibly well during a very stressful situation! To the rude “manger” that not only treated her employee rudely, but her customer as well… I hope you heal from whatever weight you’re carrying on your shoulders, because I’ve never seen experienced that level of rudeness before. Very disappointed

The chicken fingers have shrink in siperiod. They do not carry my salad dressing anymore. So I quit buying 3 or 4 salads a week there. It's like they don't care how they serve the food anymore.
