Amici
Description
This Italian restaurant garners both praise and disappointment from guests. Some revel in the vibrant atmosphere and commendable service, highlighting standout dishes like the seafood risotto, goat cheese salad, and delicious pizzas. However, others express dissatisfaction, citing mediocre pasta portions, lackluster flavors, and overcooked components. Many noted that while the ambiance is inviting, the quality of the food fails to meet expectations, especially for prices charged. Despite a few exceptional experiences, guests seem divided on whether this venue truly embodies authentic Italian cuisine, leaving some eager to return while others may seek alternatives.

Feedback
I frequent Amici regularly and I am always impressed by the food and staff. The quality is consistently excellent and they always go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. My family loves the tomato garlic bread, and we are always excited to dine at Amici. Thank you for adding aubergine parmigiana to the specials menu, it was definitely worth the anticipation! - Samantha Walton
I stopped by for lunch and ordered two pasta dishes and two cokes, which totaled £45. My daughter had visited the restaurant before with her office group and noticed that her daughter's dish seemed larger than mine. I ordered the Cavatelli, which I found to be quite average and more like a starter size rather than a main course. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to a truly authentic Italian meal, but I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.
Great food. Lovely atmosphere. Attentive staff. Would struggle to think of a better Italian restaurant outside of Rome!
Rang up, asked to book, the guy was incredibly rude said they were booked then just hung up, incredibly rude, wouldn’t bother ever going
