Mcdonald's - Lawrenceburg

Put in a mobile order and it took them THIRTY MINUTES and still missed half the order. Not sure anyone on staff could actually read, the way the frontline workers just stood staring at the screen, not bagging orders, not bothering to drop more fries in the fryer so the order still had to wait on those long after the cook had to step off the backline and do the job of three people while two others stood around with faces blanker than goldfish. If you're going to have staff, make sure they're not so tweaked they can't read an order.

20 min wait for a chicken nuggets happy meal. And multiple ppl bringing thier orders back from it being wrong

McDonald's sucks any location but they have the best fries on the planet hands down

This McDonald’s is dirty, trash on the floor tables sticky as can be. The service was very rude but I understand due to a rush and short staff.

It's probably one of the worst meals I've had there. Fries were cold, and the Cokes were flat and warm. Burgers were burnt, barely wrapped and tossed in the bag. Went through the drive thru and brought the food home only to throw it out and cook our own.
