On the positive side, the customer s... read more KFC has really let me down lately. The fried chicken was dry and overly dark, and there was hardly any batter on it at all. On the positive side, the customer service was good, but unfortunately, the food just isn't worth it. I won't be returning. It's such a shame because my bill came to over $65, and for what? The chicken was neither crispy nor enjoyable; it was just dry and soggy.

It tasted stale, gave me a stomachache, and was practically inedible. The flavors were terrible, and I can't comprehend how they’re permitted to serve such food. It’s beyond me how they manage to stay in business.

When I order thr... read more I'm truly perplexed by how this restaurant continues to operate. The food quality is abysmal; the chicken either tastes stale or is overcooked. When I order through Uber Eats, items are often missing, such as fries or soft drinks. It's simply terrible. If I could give this place a rating below zero, I wouldn't think twice about it.

During my first visit, I waited 20 minutes, and on my second visit, I found myself stuck behind two cars for a staggering 45 minutes, even though there was only one car ahead of me. In the end, I had to ask the driver in front of me to move so I could leave, and they were nice enough to help. As I drove past the window, I noticed four employees just standing around doing very little. I even tried to call for assistance while waiting, but no one responded, despite the number of staff on hand. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Unfortunately, they didn't include any drinks, and the cashier only offered tap water. I also ordered a popular sandwich and a combo for my wife, bringing the total to $50. I was really disappointed with the experience! My kids were quite thirsty, and I had to ask for bottled water, which cost me $8 for two bottles! This place is definitely not suitable for kids at all.
