Ete chercher du poulet on avais le gout manger un bon kentuky alors jai commander super long avoir la commande pourtant deux personnes devant nous et une fille... read more Ete chercher du poulet on avais le gout manger un bon kentuky alors jai commander super long avoir la commande pourtant deux personnes devant nous et une fille au comptoir pour prendre nos commande et ue arriere pour faire le montage de nos choix super longue attende rendu a maison met la tabe et nous commencons a manger ca ma couter 47 dollars et elle avais mis plus d ailes dans mon barils de 20 morceaux juste env 5 pilons de poulet et je croit mm quelle nous a passee les reste du diner qui restais vraiment degeu je ny retournerais plus jamais

To my surprise apparently at KFC everything can go wrong. On the evening I passed by as soon as I walked in I was told there was a 20 minute wait. Alright I guess they had a big order and left them with other customers waiting while more chicken was cooking, so I said that’s fine I will wait. Point number 1, waiting, that was my mistake. Point number 2 safety. Aside from the cashier, there was not a person in the kitchen area. I suppose once you put the kitchen in the “grease” you don’t need to be standing there watching it. (Hmmm, I wonder about their safety record). Point number 3, filthy. I guess everyone else was on break because the eating area was disgustingly filthy. I cannot blame the customers that left their trash behind on the tables since the trash bins were overflowing. Point number 4, lousy product. I ordered a bucket of 14 pieces of chicken. What I got was 6 drumsticks, 1 wing, and 7 thighs. Which brings me to point number 5 Point number 5, Poor Customer Service. I sent an online complaint the same evening. I never heard anything back. I followed up with a 2nd online complaint. Again silence. Obviously they don’t care and as far as I am concerned I figure the best protest is not to give them my business.

It is fried, which is really unhealthy but it can be consumed occasionally. Very good if you have nothing to serve for supper.

Upon arriving in the evening, I was told there wou... read more I occasionally stop at a KFC to pick up a bucket of chicken, but my recent experience was very disappointing. Upon arriving in the evening, I was told there would be a 20-minute wait. Despite this, I decided to wait. However, I was surprised to find that the kitchen area was unattended apart from the cashier. The dining area was also dirty and overcrowded with garbage. Additionally, the bucket of 14 chickens I ordered had an uneven distribution of pieces. After complaining online, I received no response. Overall, the lack of customer service and poor quality of food has led me to decide to take my business elsewhere.

While it is fried and consider... read more I absolutely enjoyed KFC because their chicken has a heavenly flavor in every bite. They offer a wide variety of chicken options. While it is fried and considered unhealthy, it is still a great choice for an occasional treat. It's a convenient option when you're in need of a quick meal.
