Go here for a fun bar and party vibe, not for a date night or great food. If you’re in your 20s, this is your spot! The food is just okay, especially for the high prices. I will pay high prices for good food. This ain’t it! You can get take out across the plaza that tastes just as good, if not better for half the price. There was great music outside under the tent being drowned out by loud, at times rock music inside. It made no sense. This isn’t the rock music crowd. It started with nice Saun Paul and just went left. Customers complained and I couldn’t hear the reason it was never fixed because it was so loud that me and hubby were screaming to talk to each other. It was our time alone from the kids to have a great night and my voice was hoarse afterwards. Our server Edgar and food runners were excellent. It was so busy, but they gave great service so all my stars go to them and the house made hot chocolate with brandy.I had a good time but the food is a no for me. I had the Rasta Pasta with salmon. The salmon was tasty. The pasta was too wet with sauce. The jerk wings were not cooked enough for me. I like crispy wings. Ox tails were okay. I didn’t find the Brussels sprouts as good as the reviews. They weren’t that crispy. I’ve had so much better. The place was packed and live. Again, if you’re under 40, go for fun, drinks, music.

Great food, great customer service, food arrived quick. Only thing I didn't like and it could be because it was Friday night but it seemed like music was too loud. Waitresses had to yell to speak to us, it was hard to have a conversation. It seemed everyone was speaking louder because the music was so loud. But it could be due it being Friday night.

First time here and I loved it. Perfect for a casual dine in away from DC. Staff was attentive and very helpful. The jerk chicken flatbread was very yummy. For main the jerk chicken, rice and peas with cabbage was a hit. Specialty cocktails were so fun

Wonderful experience! Our service was awesome and the Better call Saul burger was incredibly good!

Hi all we stopped in at The Mad Cow Grill on Saturday, what a great surprise, we ordered the Rasta pasta with jerk chicken and the other order with shrimp, we also ordered as an appetizer was the crab dip that was so good you could have eaten it with a spoon, the food was so good that were already looking forward to going back to try other things on the menu, so bring your family a friend or a date but most importantly bring your appetite you will no be disappointed. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did hope to see you there.

Located in Laurel, this lively restaurant offers a vibrant atmosphere ideal for younger crowds eager for fun, music, and strong drinks. While some dishes like the jerk chicken flatbread and mac and cheese earn high marks, others, such as the lamb sliders and tacos, disappoint. Service generally receives praise, with staff noted for their attentiveness and knowledge. The outdoor dining area is a highlight, complemented by a DJ. Though some diners find the prices steep for the portions and food quality, the inviting mood and communal vibe make it a tempting choice for casual outings or weekend brunches.

This restaurant is absolutely delicious! Our server was fantastic. While the wait was a bit long, we didn't mind at all. The food was a perfect 10/10 and our drinks were amazing. We will definitely be returning customers from now on.

I had a great time at brunch with a DJ and Sunday football at this restaurant. My friend and I sat at the bar and received excellent service from the bartender and other staff members. The jerk salmon oxtails were delicious, although I was hoping for more flavor. Overall, it was a good experience and I've heard they have a great happy hour, so I will definitely be returning!

I went to this restaurant with my family and friends for the first time. When I arrived, there were a lot of people coming in and out, so I initially thought it would be crowded. However, many people were ordering takeout, so there were plenty of available seats. The burgers were named after various movies, which was a unique and cool touch. The menu was very creative and had a lot of interesting options.

Stopped in for lunch. Quickly seated. My eyes saw so many great choices. Decided to order the jerk chicken tacos and the lunch size rasta pasta. The pasta is definitely what I would come back for! It was delicious! All staff was super nice.

Did not know this Caribbean themed restaurant existed so close to me. Great service, fantastic food, and great outdoor area with fans! Met one of managers Danielle Hastings and she was so friendly and chill telling us we have to come back for Sunday brunch which is a WHOLE experience apparently with music and everything. I am very picky about my island food and the jerk chicken lunch was very good. My friend had a curry shrimp and she loved it too. Will definitely be back!

I recently had the chance to have lunch at Mad Cow Grill. The food was amazing! I loved how the seasonings were so distinct and the main course was cooked just right. It felt like I was dining at a high-end, gourmet restaurant. I definitely suggest trying out Mad Cow Grill. You won't be let down. I plan on coming back more often.

This place is the truth, the burgers are delicious, some might say it's pricey but once you taste the food you know it's worth it. Signature drinks are tasty also and they give you a hot cocoa shot after the meal that's love. I also like the interaction with the chefs that you don't get with alot places and it makes the experience more comfortable so that you want to keep coming back to try everything. Finally a place worth talking about and I can't wait till summer when they get the outside grill going. Hat's off to you chefs, keep doing your thang!

This place is a gem. The food was fantastic and the portions huge. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable about the food being served. There are so many delicious choices that I will definitely be going back until I have tried them all. Definitely a must try.

We recently visited this restaurant for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The initial impression was positive, with a welcoming host and a lively atmosphere filled with happy diners. The unique and interesting art on the walls caught our attention, especially the graffiti pig above our booth, which had the artist's name displayed on a plaque. We later learned that the artist is local to Laurel, which we thought was great. The beer menu offered a good selection of craft beers, including options from local breweries like Mully's in Prince Frederick. Our waitress, though new, provided excellent service, being friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive to our needs. We started with the brussel sprout appetizer, which was tasty, and then enjoyed burgers for our main course, cooked just as we requested. The bacon was particularly impressive, perfectly crispy as requested. Though we were too full to try the Smith Island Cake for dessert, we plan to order it next time. Our total bill was $60, slightly higher than our usual dinner expenses in Laurel, but we felt it was well worth it. This restaurant stands out among others in the area, and we will definitely be returning for future date nights.

I tried the Power Burger and oh my god, it was hands down the best burger I have ever had. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food arrived hot and quickly. The prices are great and we had a fantastic time. We will definitely be returning.

The Brown stew Whole Red Snapper was delicious. However, my order was missing the Sweet Potato Cheesecake again. This is the second time this has happened, so I'm not sure if it's just bad luck. It would be appreciated if we were not charged for items that are unavailable.

The oxtails and cabbage were good. Rice and peas were dry. Coco bread was burned. The sweet potato cheesecake was TO DIE FOR. Im assuming they just messed those other items because everything was seasoned and the cake kinda made up for everything l

The portion size of the Sweet Fried Plantains (Maduros) side order is huge! I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty they were. The flatbread is also a perfect size for a starter and is very delicious.

The Jerk Chicken Quesadilla was disappointing, with unmelted cheese and lacking flavor. The Tacos were bland, and the Ox Tail tasted more like roast beef. The only decent dish was the Mac and White Truffle Mac Cheese.
