The buffalo sauce they use is so good that it makes you want to order a second sandwich. I really enjoy my visits to Abby's every time. It's a great place to eat, and they definitely know how to serve up some hearty meat dishes!

The Laurel, MS location really needs some serious upper management involvement, and I don’t just mean the store manager. They could benefit from some “Undercover Boss” episodes to see what’s really going on. The food quality was abysmal. We placed up to eight orders, and none of us were satisfied with our meals. 1) The curly fries were cold—no warmth, nothing. 2) When someone requests extra ice, please actually put more in their drink. I enjoy a cold beverage, not just three ice cubes floating on top. Sonic doesn’t have a problem with providing extra ice, and with your prices for meals and drinks, neither should you. 3) We ordered a variety of sandwiches, but all the meats were stone cold. For the beef and cheddar sandwiches, all the cheese ended up stuck to the wrapper instead of on the sandwiches. Seriously, you need to do better. Spending $50 to $70 on an office lunch and then driving almost 25 minutes for this experience is unacceptable. Sincerely, A Disappointed Customer

I had already ordered in the app and paid, and got there to discover I could t eat inside. Although there were people working there. If employees are there, what does it hurt to allow customers to eat inside?

When I got my food it was cold not happy about that. In the past I've gone through the drive thru never had this problem. I'llstill give them another try because I love the stake house brisket.
