What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
This place is terrible. Bryana can't manage things properly. I had huge bubbles in my pizza that made it taste dry. It didn't help that it took an extra 20 minutes for a driver to pick up my order. The wings were severely lacking and most of them were missing sauce. The only positive aspect of this experience was the driver, who communicated well to make sure I got my food. I ended up placing my order in person and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it. Strange enough, the total for my in-store order was the same as what I had been charged for delivery, but I paid anyway. During my wait, I had to endure the sound of pans and equipment being slammed around, as if I were to blame for the situation. I visit this location regularly and understand that issues can arise. Despite the unfortunate circumstances and the somewhat unnecessary attitude of the young woman who prepared my food, I generally like this restaurant. I acknowledge that I was frustrated when I got there, especially after being misinformed about a phone call that never happened. Overall, the service I typically receive is excellent, and I believe everyone can have a bad day. I still like this restaurant, and I just hope my experience was an isolated incident.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not order from this place! I placed an order online and waited for an hour. When I drove to pick it up, they had already closed at 9:45 PM. Their system was down, and they said they didn’t have a phone available. I waited until 10:00 PM for them to cancel my order, and then they told me to file a complaint with their corporate office, but I couldn't even get a phone number for that. This place needs to shut down!

I will be returning.
I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. They don't answer the phone because they're too busy, which feels quite lazy. I called multiple times to place my order, then ended up ordering online. I waited over two hours only to find out that they don't deliver. I had to go to their location, where they had more orders in the system but hadn't even started on them yet. They then asked me to wait, without any apology or even a thank you for my patience. Overall, the service was very disappointing.
