My son, Diem, rated the hot dog a 4, but he gave the slurpee a perfect 10.
I stopped by this restaurant on my way home to grab some fuel and let my kids use the restroom. As we passed by the cashier, my kids were excited to go, but when we reached the bathroom, it was locked. I inquired with the cashier, who informed me that the restrooms were closed for the night and suggested I try the Meijer store instead. It was very frustrating and a huge waste of time that the bathrooms weren't accessible.
This is the worst gas station I've ever visited. They never refill the window washer fluid and don't provide any napkins. Every employee I've dealt with has been either rude, lazy, or a combination of both. It's consistently dirty, and the café is closed most of the time. I strongly suggest avoiding this gas station.
Tonight (Sunday, October 11th at 10 PM), I was helped by a very kind woman who was training a new staff member. Despite being busy, she took the time to resolve my issue, going above and beyond what was expected. This kind of customer service is what brings customers back. Thank you very much!
