Panda Express - Lakewood

Took 40 minutes for an online order. Placed the order at 6:48, got there at 7. sticker says it was complete at 709 but it was definitely not ready until they brought it out at 7:26. It would have been faster to just get in line and order but it was too late at that point

Just because we were having a conversation in a foreign language SAM denied us service . Walked next store chipotle and grabbed our dinner, came back to asked for the manager and SAM again won’t talk to me. I want to know why this happened.

Understaffed, long lines and the chow mein was burnt tasting.

I ordered an entrée of beef with broccoli and a side dish of chou mein, with two spring rôlls, and a large Diệt Coke. This was a delivery order. I was hungry and eager for something a little different from the usual. What à HUGE disappointment!!! What I ended úp getting was just a SMALL take out dish filled oily chou mein, some brocoli mixed in, and about three small pieces of beef on top. Số instead of getting ăn entrée AND a side dish, like I ordered, all I got was basically one side dish with some broccoli and barely any beef thrown on top. The spring rolls were OKAY, nothing to write home about, and I would say thật the best part of my meal was the Diet Coke, which I am still sipping right now. For this measely meal , if you can call it a meal I paid 20 dollars, not worth it at all. I tried calling to speak with a manager about this Terrible dining expérience, and all I got was a recording, saying that they were nốt receiving cells at this time. Terrible food! Terrible service, except for the delivery driver who was very sweet. The driver should get my entire 20 dollars because he was thế only thing good about thế expérience, the only one doing his job properly. As I said, the best part of the meal was my Diệt Coke. As far as I am concerned, the rest can go in the trash. I will bé sûre and let all my friends know not to order food from this company. Clearly, they do not care about their customers.

We recently dined at Panda Express and found the experience to be perfectly average. The food was your typical greasy Chinese fare—nothing particularly stood out, but it was decent enough to satisfy a quick craving. The service was efficient, though not particularly friendly. The staff got the job done, but there wasn't much warmth or enthusiasm in the interaction. One highlight of the visit was the iced tea. It was excellent and provided a refreshing break from the otherwise mediocre meal. Overall, Panda Express delivered on what you'd expect from a fast-food chain: adequate food, swift service, and one standout drink.
