Wonderful customer service!!! The owners are so pleasant and joke around, appreciating every customer!! My favorite Phlly Pretzel shop, by far!!!

Great Pretzels- always hot and fresh! Denise and her team are always so nice they are able to make cool interesting shapes for special occasions! I forgot to take a picture the Valentine bouquet was quite a hit at the office though!

Man, customer service really depends on who is working!! Had an okay experience the other day... Then today was great! Super nice girl checked me out and gave me a coupon, then a nice guy walked the pretzels to my car. Thank you! Will be doing business with again! Update!! 5/8/19 Lindsey is awesome! She was super nice and helped so much over the phone. This is definitely our go to for all of our company treats! Thank you!!

I went this morning, and I had a great experience! I wish I recognized the name of the person serving me, but he was a great kid! 10/10 would go again, and the pretzels were great!

I had to write this review and recognize the most amazing customer service I've experienced in a long time. I recently placed a large order for a graduation party. We drove from NJ to the Lahaska Philly Pretzel store because our local store closed. There was a mix up with our order (the dips were missing) but we did not realize it until we arrived home and the store had called to let us know. We did not have time to return to the store because our party had started. So without hesitation, the nicest store employee, Reese, volunteered to DRIVE TO NJ TO DELIVER THE DIPS TO US! Reese saved the day and we could not be more thankful! We are repeat customers and will continue to visit this store regularly! Thanks again for going above beyond!
