Really poor service with bland food. Starts with rude and arrogant staff on the pavement downstairs harrasing people to go up to the restaurant. Prices are over the top and you can get far better at real Portuguese restaurants within close walking distance at half the price.

We loved the roof top venue and the staff were so friendly. Gorgeous coffee and really good cake! We would go back here for breakfast or lunch because the food looked amazing!! Very clean.

This is a lovely restaurant with good food. The service is more reserved rather than unfriendly. Attentive though and the food was great, the atmosphere relaxed and with a beautiful view over the Algarve. The starters are a bit pricey but well worth it. I had the seared scallops with mango and risotto at 15 euros. Worth every penny. Don’t even know what the missus had for starter, it didn’t matter, I was in culinary heaven. A daze. Next up was the fillet of beef with dauphinois potatoes and, simply cooked, vegetables. Also delicious. If you like medium steak, as I do, then you’ll know out here to ask for medium to well. Perfect. Didn’t have dessert, there was no room. Attempted to order a certain brand of brandy and espresso to round off the meal. Was persuaded to sample Portuguese brandy and went with that. It came out in a warmed glass with a paper thingy on top. It was the perfect finale. Sometimes it is the little things that count. Lovely restaurant for those special occasions. I hope to be back.

Nice view from the rooftop but really windy so not really enjoyable after an hour or so as it got quite cold too. We ate here in our previous 2 visits and found it to be quite good value with a decent choice of foods. However, this time the fish options were miniscule about the size of a small matchbox tuna, swordfish, salmon). The pork consisted mainly of fat, grizzle and bones. The side dishes were unappealing and and dessert option seemed to be a few mangy strawberries. The staff were all Indian for some reason, which isn't a problem, but their English wasn't great which only added to the sense of confusion. For €20 a head you can eat much better in tons of Laos restaurants.
