During our visit to Ladysmith, we decided to stop at the Post House for a meal. We ordered omelettes and a breakfast croissant. The omelettes were customizable from a wide selection of options and were cooked perfectly. I recommend arriving with a big appetite! The Americanos we ordered were top-notch.
The Post House in Ladismith, a quaint Karoo town, has been beautifully restored and is a must-visit to appreciate the architecture and gorgeous garden. But more importantly, make sure to try the carrot cake. Trust me, it is absolutely incredible. I left the restaurant feeling extremely satisfied with the delicious cake, and even purchased a cute doorstop owl from their craft and deli section.
I would lick my plate clean if I could! The food is delicious and the waitress is the best. Friendly and efficient service. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone! My favorite dish is always the eggs Benedict. Thank you for providing a lovely experience every time!
Value for money All Day Breakfast. Friendly staff, great service. Lovely trinkets and fresh produce for sale at shop. Best coffee in town. Well worth a visit.
You have to try their carrot cake! It's simply delicious and well presented
