De Palma Resort, Kuala Selangor

Quiet location. Room is spacious. A variety of food during breakfast is a bonus. Would love to come here again next time as many activities can be done here.

The room is well maintained and clean. The swimming pool is friendly to children. Hotel also provide bicycle for free and also ATV for as low as rm45 per hour. That 's cheap... There also lots of makan places nearby. We enjoy our stay and definitely will check-in again.

Honest review from my current stay at De Palma Resort: 1. check in: not organised. too chaos. maybe not enough training. 2. room: suitable for 3 star hotel although the toilet doesn't seem to be cleaned properly, there was mold around the shower area and the toilet smelled like people's urine (maybe the cleaner just flush the toilet). I don't think they change/ wash the blanket properly as there was sign of blood (kind of, or maybe something dirty that looked like red color) at the end of the blanket. 3. pool: I don't think they ever cleaned the pool as there clearly sign of mold floating around and other stuff (e.g. leaves etc) at the bottom of the pool. and children keep drinking the water as they play in it. 4. walking area/ padestrian walkway: no rooftop (although many has compliant but there seems no work to do so) to shield from rain or the sun. need to bring umbrella to the room, just in case it is raining anytime. 5. misguided marketing: they said the villa is in front of the pool, but no. you need to walk few meters before arrived at the pool. 6. internet/ wifi: if you chose villa as your room, be prepared as there will be no signal to even sign in into the wifi network. you need to rely 100% on your data. maybe my room is at the end of the villa but at least tell me if the wifi will work or not (the line). 7. breakfast: I don't know what happened, but there was not a single chicken available during the breakfast. ALL EGGS. omelet, nasi lemak (also only eggs), half (near perfection) boiled egg. and other regular stuffs. if you are expecting more of a 3 star hotel as mentioned by google, lower your expectation. nevertheless, it is near the bukit malawati (around 5mins by car) and sky mirror jetty.

Nice hotel. We stay here for two nights and the facilities are ok. Near the sky mirror jetty and near the city centre. Swimming pool is available but we don't have time to enjoy it as most of the time we spent outside. Sky Mirror is the place to enjoy.

Great room, great food. Hot breakfast, clean space. Just be aware of the monkeys. There's also some noise at night due to the nearby dataran. Designs of the rooms and pool is modern even if it doesn't look like it from the outside. Toiletries provided. The food is again
