Good and peaceful stay despite the just above average rooms, especially the bathrooms. Excellent service and is located in quite a well-known place. Surprisingly, dinner was included in the package and the staff made sure to get in touch with me to check for dinner. What was the cherry on the sandwich was that the food was sent to the room. A budget stay given the price and the amenities offered. Had to spend some time identifying how to enter and where to park though Google Maps took me right to the location. Parking seemed quite gloomy and scary!

Some sort of renovation going on. The rooms are neat but the window panel sides are dusty. Bathroom was also neat but leakages over basin pipe. Service was excellent. Restaurant Food was also good. Underground parking for few vehicles. Overall a decent stay. Hope they would improve.

4 days with the family. we had a different person together with us. the room allocated to us was spacious and accessible. it had a separate living area with a setter few chairs and a table, fridge also. bed linen and towels were fresh and clean and changed frequently. the toilets were limited and no hair dryer was present. wheelchair is accessible only via basement service elevator and is however annoying. the square lol constraint is located in the cellar parking lot. for the breakfast buffet were provided dosa idly appam armi puttu etc., which was quite good and delicious. there are personal shortages for luggage and room service etc. the employees of the front office were however very efficient and helpful. the hotel is located in the city itself and about a kilometre from the railway station. overall a very satisfactory stay.

Everything is good at this place. a luxury hotel in best location. medium cost. the breakfast buffet is delicious. but it was ready, so it wasn't hot. when we told the servierma, they brought the hot poori and the wobble oorhappam. via phone booking. not asked. available 24 hours checkout facility also. very nice people in the reception and restaurant.

The hotel is well maintained for the old, the staff is so polite and well served. eating was amazing. the eastern side of the hotel you can climb beautiful suns on the west gate mountain. total good experience.
