Токио - Кострома

I have never been inside this restaurant before, but I do try to run past it quickly because there are always a lot of smokers and chefs spitting outside. It doesn't seem very appealing to me. My mom lives nearby, so perhaps she can give it a try. The atmosphere seems chaotic and unappetizing, so I would not recommend dining there.

What about the ambience, location, and clientele? That's what really matters.
