Terrible place, a lot of drunk people, not enough space, the premises require renovation, long queues at the cash desk, because... only one employee. Kelder translates as a basement and 100% lives up to its name. View all feedback.
It's like a dump. Drinks are all people. dirty, terrible toilets.
