Our conclusion on the course around meat on 15.09.2020: Great experience, excellent information transport and mediation, personal and very friendly handling, very clean and COVID 19 Affine training rooms. Our Coach Martin, with his 20-year cooking experience from different countries in the world, is dedicated to sustainable food, responsible food handling in general and he has taught incredibly many small tips and tricks. We had a really successful evening with best food quality and delicious cereals and wine. The hosts made the evening an experience. Starting with the right cutting technique to the perfect meat roast, you can take many interesting things. You're welcome.
We had a wonderful afternoon at Deutzer Loft. The common kitchen has been fun and the results were very delicious! Martin and Kerstin have led us great through the course!
We were here for the cooking class Schmoren/Grillen/Braten. It was a very big, fun and educational afternoon. We like to come back! Also on the fact that we had failed in advance to share allergies against food, spontaneously very well implemented. So from me a clear recommendation!
