Obviously gravy... read more I came through the drive thru the other night to get some poutines. Who ever was working that day placed the poutines on their sides in the bag. Obviously gravy leaked out of the bag, it soaked the bottom of the bag and gravy went all over my passenger seat, and the food went all over my console and seat when I lifted the bag.I returned the next day to rectify the problem. I asked for a refund and was denied. I insisted I speak to their manager and they asked me to wait for a minute while they contacted them. I waited 30 minutes before I got my refund, and no apology. I will never go back to this place, never have I been treated so poorly.

First, not only did I have to tell t... read more This location has been going downhill for a while but last night 's experience will guarantee that i will not be returning. First, not only did I have to tell the guy at the till how much change I got back, he didn 't know what a nickel was nor what it was worth. I ordered a poutine and a drink. The person I was with, ordered an angus burger and onion rings, with a drink. That meal was ready at least 5 min before my poutine which was started three times and given to other orders. My receipt was taken off a tray and just left on the counter; was looked at by three different people; crumpled up; turned upside down and placed to the side till someone finally gave me my order. The fun did not stop there. It tasted burnt. I ended up throwing half of it away because of the horrid taste. The person who was with me has an iron stomach and can eat anything but he couldn 't eat it either.The only reason for the one star is that for a change, the tables were clean.From a diabetic stand point, there was only one cold drink option diet pepsi. Even McDonald 's offers more than one sugar free choice.

I accidentally ordered online from a different Harvey's location, but the staff went above and beyond by quickly canceling my order at the other location and making my order within 5 minutes. I was truly impressed by the level of service.
