Horrible customer service. Waited so long in line. Barista did not know what to do with my boho offer. Then was given instructions and had to ask again for instructions. Could not retain what he was just told. Once order was placed he wasfulfilling drinks for customers after me. Will never go back. Another barista said must of been a technical issue. No technicalissue, issue is with the barista.
Love this place. Baristas are great!! Only negative is that the store is always toooo cold and there is one barista that is so shrill and loud that I sometimes get up and walk out.
I do order ahead pretty regularly. They are always correct although sometimes they take longer than expected. I personally don't mind waiting. I feel for the bartistas. They always seem swamped, but remain friendly.
This Starbucks location features a drive-thru and is not as crowded as some of the other locations.
This is the best starbucks in kingston, everything tastes good and it’s consistent : word of advice for anyone looking for a good starbucks in kingston, go here or the one in target! but NEVER the one in barnes noble that one the coffee always tastes BURNT!! although the people are nice there too:
