I have never had such a disappointing experience with fast food. This place has really declined. I ordered popcorn chicken and a burger, but the chicken was col... read more I have never had such a disappointing experience with fast food. This place has really declined. I ordered popcorn chicken and a burger, but the chicken was cold! However, that's not even the main issue. The woman working the drive-thru was incredibly rude to a male colleague when he accidentally handed her the wrong bag. She was disrespectful to him right in front of customers, which was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Her lack of teamwork skills is evident, as she doesn't just treat her coworkers poorly but is also rude to customers. Sonic, if you want to improve, you really need to make some changes. I've never received cold food before, nor have I ever witnessed someone behave that way towards their coworkers in front of customers.

Their cheeseburgers are incredibly delicious, and their drinks are fantastic. Of course, their desserts are just as amazing. I appreciate that you can choose between drive-thru or drive-in service, and I’ve never had a negative experience with their service. If they make a mistake with your order, they’re quick to resolve it. I highly recommend this place!

Burgers are warm, slushes and shakes are frosty NOT half melted like some other sonics I've been too. And all the employees I've encountered are super friendly.Parking: Multiple drive in stalls.Kid-friendliness: Good kid options on the kid menu. In my opinion maybe slightly overpriced for what they are but it is what it is.
