Inside, though, all the ice creams, gelatos, cookies, rainbow coloured waffle cones and others are delightfully handcrafted by Erna Jensen, the engaging and friendliest owner since July, with the most tender loving care. The mango gelato, the dark chocolate ice cream and the cookies were heavenly yummy. We sat on the bench outside this Pink 'fairy' house, basking in the warm sun. Oh, what De Light!!!!!!!
