When I got home and tried my meal again, it was prepared correctly this time but still not hot enough. I was too frustrated to go back a third time, so I reluctantly ate my meal. Honestly, I have been to this particular McDonald's multiple times and have never had a satisfying meal. I suppose I keep returning because it is the closest location to me, but it may be time to find another place to spend my money.

I ordered through the app and chose to pick up via... read more I had a terrible experience with the McApp at this restaurant. The staff seemed clueless about how it works. I ordered through the app and chose to pick up via the drive-thru. When I arrived and gave the code at the speaker, I was told to drive to the collection point. However, when I got there, my order wasn't on the screen. Instead of seeking help, I was told to drive around again. Frustratingly, I complied and ended up in a long queue of cars before finally getting my order. There was no apology, just a casual "oh hey". McDonald's really dropped the ball on this one.

There are plenty of other Mc Donald’s that are very clean and the staff are good at their job...... this one though..... disgusting!

Must be used by drive thro as not many seats and no upstairs. Food always cold as all MacDonald's now.
