I came in to this location in kerrville , the man who took my order, his name was Jr. he asked me about my day, I was actually having a pretty horrible day, and he just put a smile on my face. Off the jump , the person taking my order was rude and annoyed seems like she brought her issues to work that day which just made my whole experience here negative to where it effected the food if that makes since her service was that negative by the time I got my correct order made me not want it any more.. just a negative vibe in general from this place.. my opinion.. This store is excellent all the way around. Much prefer this location than the other one.
If I go Texas, I go to Whataburger whenever fast food is on the menu.
Awesome food and the people on the over night shift are go above and beyond customer service.
Keenly was a great what burger associate she was extremely accomodating and an overall great employee!
