A true gem. The friendly happy people there will steer you right. An excellent selection of herbs, vitamins, compounds and everything else. 5 stars though for the little kitchen putting out some exceptionally delicious healthy food. We are very happy to've found this little bit of everything Health Food Store. We usually grab some macrobiotic diet friendly foods here.
I noticed that they posted my review from the beginning of the pandemic, where I mentioned that they were not wearing masks, which made me feel uncomfortable. I had a cough, and they handed me iron pills. The owner (I assume) actually touched my debit card and then reached out to touch my hand. It was really off-putting. I haven't been back since early 2020 and have no intention of returning. I'm a firm believer in being cautious about germs.
I sometimes wish we had a Whole Foods, Sprouts, or PCC etc..in the Covington/Maple Valley area but thank goodness we have Sunshine Corners! Several times they offered suggestions that not only complimented what my Naturopath suggested, but added to it a few other things that could help...and they did! Great products and knowledgable friendly service!
The owner is usually there when I come in and he helps me find nutritional solutions.
This establishment provides a diverse selection of food supplements and health foods. The deli in the back serves up delicious handmade sandwiches. I tried the cashew chicken, and it was fantastic. I'll definitely be returning!
