When I got to the cashier, I attempted to pay with cash and coins because I didn't have a large amount to spend. However, the employee refused to accept my coins, and I was outraged. If it’s money, then why can’t I use it? Overall, the service was very disappointing.

We were served a salad with frozen chicken and a Mac and cheese sandwich with cold cheese and hard bread. When we complained to the manager, she dismissed us saying "it's cold because we're busy, just get a refund." Terrible experience! I recommend going to a different Panera. The manager, an elderly white lady with short hair, was awful!
