Pokè bowl was the best I've ever had! It's very customizable in the online menu, which is also very well done! The only weird thing is that my Boba tea did not come with Boba. It was a delicious milk tea, and there was an option to add tapioca for an extra dollar, but I guess I thought that was just an extra scoop. Maybe they should be separate drinks on the menu. It's not a Boba tea without the Boba! But honestly, t... View all feedback.
What steph thompson doesn't like about Haru Haru Sushi Teriyaki:
We ordered delivery and never again. The sushi was literally cut in half and was half the amount we were expecting. The boba teas tapioca was not cooked. For over $80 the only good thing about our order was the rice and sesame balls. View all feedback.
Great food, but the customer service was lacking during my experience. I ordered takeout through the phone and once I arrived the waitress informed me that she gave my order out to the wrong person some time ago. That wasn’t an issue, it happens and I could wait for a FRESH order. Time has passed and the customer who got my order originally, returned it. The waitress then proceeds to give ME the order that was returned by this person and acknowledged it was so. Not cool. To sum it up they said they never made the fresh order for me from the get go when I asked for that. So I waited and paid full price for a returned order some unknown time ago. 2 Stars because they fixed things by giving me a fresh order after I had to demand it. You can’t be putting customers through that.
This is quite a hidden gem! Haru haru is a cozy sushi house, with a great menu. I've rarely been so pleased with sushi in the continental US. The katsu and gyoza were phenomenal too! This will likely be a regular spot for me.
Poke bowl was not tasting fresh and very little fish portion. First time trying this place and probably will not return
Chicken Katsu was amazing the first time and still is multiple visits later.
I don’t recommend this cafe. The rice was tasteless, not salty and sticky and there was very little of it. The chicken was overcooked. And they don’t give any sous for the salad. The portion was really small compared to the other cafes. Beef yakisoba was without any taste and spices. It’s better to choose other cafe.
