Have you thought about opening a Panera Bread location in Brattleboro, VT? Since you're in Keene, NH, it's hard for me to visit frequently, but I believe your restaurant would be a great addition to Brattleboro!

They offer some very creative sandwich and salad options, but in my opinion, the quality of the food has declined over the past few years. Now that you can order on tablets in the store, employees only prepare the food and buzz you when it's ready, providing little to no service. The tables and benches are often dirty, so you end up cleaning your own table.

The service was acceptable, but I often felt like my presence was more of an inconvenience to the staff. The atmosphere is quite pleasant; however, I noticed that most patrons didn't seem to be eating—many were just lingering as if it were a workspace. What I ordered was significantly overpriced, and it’s difficult to leave without the feeling of having been overcharged. It used to be a good place, but I get the impression this establishment is on the decline. The menu is quite limited; I even checked Google for other options, but there really aren’t many available.

During our visit, several people left without placing an order due to the lack of salads. I understand there are supply chain challenges these days, but this situation is quite disappointing. Management really needs to make improvements if they want to retain customers. As it stands, they have temporarily lost our business until they resolve these issues.
