I go... read more This is my second visit this week, and I decided to try the tenders again, but they were dry, cold, and as hard as rocks. The fries were also dry and cold. I got seltzer water to drink. They completely messed up my order, missing the dipping sauces and utensils. They couldn't give me the correct change because they didn’t have any, and I had to take a giant cup since no other sizes were available. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru for poor-quality food that was just dumped into the bag. I was charged $26 for a tender meal and mac and cheese. Never again.

The chicken breast was smaller... read more This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. My wife ordered the breast meal, which included mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. The chicken breast was smaller than a small thigh, very dry, and tasted like it was a day old. The biscuit was hard and dry, and the mashed potatoes were unappealing. The gravy also had a strange taste. Considering it was only 11 AM, there's no excuse for food to be this stale or of such poor quality.
