Theny and Julie have poor attitudes towards their employees. Theny is rude, indifferent, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Julie, who insists that employees call her "mama," intimidates them with her judgmental, overly demanding, perfectionist demeanor. The food and drinks may be good, but the management is terrible.
About doordash cheddar fries ordered and that's what I got. I didn't know what to expect, but I didn't expect it to look like that. I had covered pommes with cheese powder, but nobody looked like that. the fries were oily, cheese powder was all crushed, as shown in the picture. it was honestly unpleasant and not appetizing to look. also ordered four drinks and none of them had labeled. we had to guess based on the colors of the drink. the drinks were in order.
Was disappointed here with the service. the personal was not friendly at all and not friendly. they don't seem to take orders. I stood on the counter for a good 10 minutes and she only went very slowly with her drinks with a not harassed attitude. she was really hesitant to work. the drink was too sweet. I'm sorry, but I won't be back.
The location is fantastic! The staff is extremely friendly and well-versed in the menu items. I will definitely have to visit again next time I'm in the area.
I was craving milk tea while out of town, so I decided to visit this restaurant based on its excellent rating. It did not disappoint - the place definitely lived up to its 4.8 rating! I would love to visit every day because the owner was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I also tried something new and absolutely loved it.
