All suggestions led us to the Third Eye Restaurant. Flasy Square, well made, fine interiors and looked every bit expensive. We had no energy to rethink. We ordered most articles in the Indian vegetarian section. Food needed some time to get there. But wait was worth it. Each element fed both our mind and body. The bill was also very reasonable. Rs.5000 INR for 10 people. Unbelievable. So we came close the next day and ordered the other links from the previous day...

I’ve had dinner here many times, and the pla... read more This is my first time leaving a review for Third Eye, even though I visit this restaurant every time I’m in Thamel. I’ve had dinner here many times, and the place is always attractive with a nice terrace and indoor smoking and non smoking areas. The atmosphere is definitely one of the highlights. However, I still don’t understand why most other restaurants in Thamel don’t charge VAT, but this one charges a full 15% VAT. It feels unusual compared to others. The good thing is that they no longer add any service fees. The staff are friendly and service minded, but overall, this visit felt average. So for now, I’m giving it 3 stars.
