They apologized sincerely for something that was beyond their control and likely faced complaints from customers throughout the day. They are truly remarkable, and you should consider yourself fortunate to have them, as they're likely preventing negative reviews from piling up. I hope you show them some extra appreciation for their hard work.

Although my order took a bit longer, I was frequently checked on and even received a complimentary snack for the wait. The gentleman behind the bar handled some rude comments with grace and remained impressive throughout. Great job, Starbucks!

Finally when ordering a sandwich, why do they toss it in the bag as if a three year old did it?I guess if you only come here once a month or so getting a higher percentage of good service is too much to ask for.
