This place is overrated for sure. The dining area is dusty and dirty and the whole place smelled of burned hamburger. When we went (a Saturday evening) the entire staff seemed to be teenagers. We ordered and paid for our food and decided to wait for our order outside (because of the smelly nasty dining area) and told them that was where we’d be. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing people who had ordered after me get their food I inquired about my order. They asked me my name and asked if I had paid yet. When I told them YES and that we’d been waiting for quite a while they checked on it- no one had even started on it. I waited inside at the counter this time and realized there was very little organization with the staff- no one seemed to know or care what they were doing. I’m sorry to report that the long-awaited food was not worth waiting for. The fries were super oily and slightly burnt on the outside but slightly raw on the inside. The scone was just a big oily mess. The milkshakes were the only thing decent but definitely didn’t make up for the bad service.

Don't go unless you have an hour or more to waste. We ordered one burger, just one, for take out. Normally take out implies that there's not time to dine in. Our receipt says we ordered at 1:19pm, and we waited until about 2:10pm to finally get our one burger. People who sat down were served faster and better. There's no seating inside for people who are waiting, so you either have to sit outside where you won't be able to hear your name get called, or stand inside for a really long time until you finally get your food. The teenage staff were sitting around eating ice cream from the shop off of spoons. They also do not give accurate estimations for how long you will have to wait. Even if it's at the busy part of the day, you would expect them to put a little more effort into serving. A really disappointing way to end a great trip.

This spot is my family's go to for treats! And burgers here cannot be beat! I suggest a side of fries with their housemade chili on top! Subperb!!!

I had been there before believing that they were average in taste and to high in price. I am glad I went back. Food was great. All dishes were served hot and it was tasty. I hope it stays this great. I would go back.

Go back in time and have an incredible burger, fries, rings, and don't skip the shakes and malts. Super nice people
