I went to kfc686 in Villa Juárez from the manager Lili, the cashier Berta helped me, I bought a 12-piece bucket, 4 of them spicy barbecue, with additional honey biscuits. When I got home I realized that instead of 12 pieces my bucket was given to me in 8 pieces, I was hungry I wasn't going to return, but be worried at home we don't fill it

As a customer it is fine, as an app delivery person, the treatment is horrible, they ignore you, leave you outside and treat you badly
I really like the way they prepare things but I give them 3 stars because this is the second time that in a delivery they send me dips that I didn't ask for (BBQ) or chicken tenders that are BBQ type. BBQ sends me to the hospital, it makes me allergic. I have ordered many times now and have never had a problem. Service: Delivery Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
